The Pachira Aquatica originally comes from Central America and grows there as a large tree. In this country it is known as a popular houseplant under the name lucky chestnut. The artificial plant in pot was recreated true to its original and, thanks to high-quality materials and detailed workmanship, hardly differs visually from the original.
Along with the braided trunks, its shiny, lush green foliage is the plant's great ornamental value. Its stalked leaves are divided palmately and resemble the leaves of a chestnut.
In Asian Feng Shui teachings it is said about the plant: its “green hands” grab happiness and hold it in its trunks.
